Hi, I’m Rafael Pfaltzgraff, but most people know me as Clark. The nickname came about years ago when people said I resembled Superman. While the physical resemblance may have faded over time, my “super” strength still lies in my passion for advertising and groundbreaking ideas.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I hold dual citizenship with Portugal. Around 10 years ago, I was invited to bring my expertise to Portugal after working in top-tier agencies and collecting some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. My mission? To infuse NOSSA, a bold independent Portuguese agency, with disruptive thinking and a fresh creative vision.

Over the past decade, we've built something special. NOSSA has evolved into one of Portugal’s most creatively recognized agencies, winning major national and international awards and attracting top-tier clients. What sets me apart is my ability to spark enthusiasm and inspiration within multidisciplinary teams, guiding them with energy and passion towards a common goal: big ideas that make an impact.

In recent years, a growing concern for the environment has become a driving force in my work. Crafting ideas that address this issue and contribute positively to sustainability is now a core objective in the projects I lead. I firmly believe that creativity can and should be a catalyst for change, and I am committed to developing campaigns that not only stand out creatively but also reflect a deep sense of responsibility towards the planet.

For me, creativity is a team sport. I believe in creating environments where collaboration thrives, where everyone feels empowered to contribute, and where innovation isn’t just encouraged—it’s expected. My leadership style centers on motivating and aligning people behind a shared vision while keeping the creative fire burning bright.

In the ever-evolving world of advertising, I see challenges as opportunities to push boundaries and redefine what's possible. This approach has been key to my journey.
